Welcome to Over the Rainbow Early Learning Centre Ltd. where our vision is to provide children with the best start in life by providing a safe, developmentally appropriate, inclusive environment where children and staff are listened to and respected.

A privately owned preschool, located in the grounds of Barefield National School, we aim to provide quality, affordable sessional pre-school education and care to children aged 2yrs and 8 months to 5½ years, under the ECCE scheme in the local community.  Our fully compliant facility boasts a large open-plan indoor  learning environment with plenty of natural sunlight and a dedicated secure outdoor play area.

 

In an atmosphere of mutual respect, we pride ourselves on providing a high quality, safe, developmentally appropriate, rich and diverse environment, where children are encouraged to experience, interact and explore the world around them at their own pace.  Staff are highly trained and committed to continued personal development in all areas of child development and pedagogy. 

 

Our goal is to support children's desire to be life-long learners.

Opening Hours

Session 1:   8:45am – 11:45am

Session 2:  12:00pm – 15:00pm

* As a sessional service we currently only provide places based on the government approved 3 hours per day, 5 days per week, 38 weeks per year. We do not provide additional hours outside the ECCE program nor do we accept part-time places such as 3-days or 2-days per week.
